[rsbac] Looking for package maintainers

Hi Aleph,

We are looking for officially supported packages. Of course, unofficial
is a first step.
If you wish, we might be able to host them somewhere on the RSBAC
website for the time being. (probably easier to be discussed on
irc://irc.freenode.org/rsbac)
