RSBAC 1.3.2 has been released on 15th of March for both kernels 2.4.34.1 and 2.6.19.3. For internal reasons, the announcement never made it to the news page. :/

The major improvements over 1.3.1, apart from several small fixes, are an optional cache for inherited Filesystem Object (FD) attribute values, which speeds up the system significantly, and a better detection of IPC partner processes.
